Sue Ramsay and her husband moved to Harney County in early 1998 when they purchased the original Claude Wright Ranch in Princeton from Ken Sr and Mike Bentz.  She and her husband operated Burns Building Supply followed by Don's Windows, Doors and More located in Burns.  Later, Sue opened and operated Burns Feed & Farm Supply at the same location until late 2022. Now semi-retired, Sue joined SWCD as the Board Director for At-Large Position #1.  She assumed responsibilities in early 2025.  Her goal is ensure Harney County residents know about the many services that SWCD is designed to assist with.
