The Harney Soil & Water Conservation District is receiving bids on a post fire fencing project in BLM land.  There are four sections of fence in the Porcupine fire fence replacement. All fences should be replaced due to age.  There is about 2.83 miles of fence total.  Additional information can be obtained in the links below.  The mandatory bid tour has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 15, 2025.    Expect at least a 4-hour bid tour, meeting at the HSWCD office at 8:30 am.  The deadline for bid submission has been moved to April 22, 2025.
